Come join JCS Houston on April 24th and 25th for the fifth annual inner coastal fishing tournament out of Matagorda, Texas. The top 3 teams will take home a prize and cash based on the combined weight of their stringer containing a redfish, flounder, and trout with the winning team taking home $2500.

The fishing tournament will start at 6am on 4/24 with a star spangled send off! Weight in will be at the Matagorda Harbor pavilion at 3pm. Food and beverages will be provided following the weigh in at the Matagorda Fireman's Hall! Your support allows us to provide the continued support to our well deserving heroes and continue to grow the JCS family!

About us

The Joshua Chamberlain Society (JCS) is a grassroots, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing lifelong support to severely wounded veterans and the families of fallen service members. Founded in St. Louis, Missouri, JCS has expanded to include chapters in Nashville, Tennessee, and Houston, Texas, each working locally to ensure that donations directly benefit Heroes in local communities.
