About JCS

Most Americans are greatly appreciative and proud of the sacrifice endured by the men and women of our armed forces. The Joshua Chamberlain Society (JCS) is your chance to give and help certain of these heroes who have also given, but lost so much. Specifically, the Society is dedicated to the support of military heroes who are suffering from serious injuries incurred as a result of their service and the families of heroes we have lost as a result of their service.

We invite you to become a member of the Joshua Chamberlain Society to further this worthwhile cause. Members of the Society will meet quarterly to briefly discuss the status of the fundraising events and other Society business, and then adjourn for informal networking among the membership.

Each member is asked to make a minimum, tax-deductible donation of $100 annually to fund the Society’s operations and supplement our fundraising efforts. Of course, more significant levels of support are appreciated and important to achieving our long term goal of providing meaningful relief to our family of heroes. Become a JCS Senior Member with a donation of over $500. Donations of $1,000 or more confer the title of JCS Distinguished Member. Even if you do not have the time or inclination to become a Member of the Society, we could still use your donation to support our efforts. Please visit our Donate page to support our JCS Heroes.
